How much is a full service?
Our service charges are listed below. All charges are inclusive of VAT and return postage to any UK mainland address.

What does a full service include?
A full service includes an ultrasonic clean of the watch case and bracelet, where applicable, installation of a new battery, re-seal and pressure test, time test and comes with a full 18 month warranty against manufacturer defects.
Do you offer a basic battery charge?
We do not offer just a straight battery change, but we can offer this as part of a full service. However, a reputable local jeweller should be able to help you out should you require just a battery change. However, if they do not conduct a re-seal and pressure test the watch may not be water resistant to the original rating.
Will my repair be covered under warranty?
Our five-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, subject to an inspection and assessment of the fault by our service centre.
We guarantee to repair or, where this is not possible, replace the watch as appropriate with the same model or alternative model if a direct replacement is unavailable.
We will action the warranty process as soon as we receive a watch and confirm your purchase.
Normal wear and tear, ageing and damage or defects caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty.
Battery replacements and repair work carried out during the term of the warranty period must be completed by our authorised Nite repair centre in the UK. Failure to adhere to this requirement will invalidate your warranty and repair work will be chargeable.
Tritium is a specialist item and should not be removed by an unauthorised Watchmaker.
What if I do not want to proceed with the work?
If once a diagnosis has been made you decide not to proceed with the recommended work, we can organise the return shipping to your chosen address. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping fee.
